DEVELOPMENT OF A CNC SOFTWARE<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

The construction of Burner Pro software was implemented for N. Dimou & Co. SA. The object of the project was the creation of software for the control of automatic robotic cutting of materials using plasma and waterlogging. The application is native Windows developed in .NET and WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) environment and can be installed on all modern versions of Windows. The software undertakes to create and send to the robotic machine all the commands required to achieve the cutting of any shape at a hundredth of a millimeter level.<\/p>\n

Software Development:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0The application makes use of all modern protocols and technologies for real-time communication with devices that control the movement of the machine through electric motors.<\/p>\n

Optimization algorithms:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Many algorithms have been developed to optimize cutting quality, cutting speed, and minimize production costs.<\/p>\n

Integration with third-party systems:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0The software accepts patterns produced by Corel, AutoCAD, or a third .HPGL format program.<\/p>\n

Autonomy Capability:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>The application provides the ability to cut basic shapes without the need to know drawing programs.<\/p>\n
